As i said, a unique and singular interview was used for it, making every applicant feel awkward just to know the intimacy and pleasent of each one, also, how they could react in case of an act unexpected.
Each test wanted to check the passion and enthusiasm of the applicants. Also the employess of Heineken was voted in the company website to select 1 of the 3 best candidates for the final test.
In the middle of the crowd and applauses the person who get the job was showed.
Heineken wasn't recruit a good dressed or a nice talking applicant, they have looking for someone full of positive energy and dedication, this teach us how opportunities are big only if our attitude its the right to prove our talent with enthusiasm.
