I think that is a great video, I read a little more of the history of the Heineken Candidate and the inusual form of the interview. I think that Heineken looked in a candidate the creative form of reaction before certain situations.
For me this guy was select about the others why, he was the same all time. A Company always will look true people that no make up your actions, and can to show your personality every time.
The boy's attitude was always spontaneous and showed his pasion in every time. In my opinion the The interviews conducted by heineken, are the type of interviews that select the best candidates. I think that in the end your way of acting in various situations is more important than anything else. How learning this video leaves us always show your personality and making use of it.
