I really enjoyed
watching this video, I thing that the methodologic to make this interview is different
from that established in the majority of companies. The test is not only for specific questions, this
test is to choose a person with more capacities and skills. The guy how wins the job is a person with a
lot of enthusiasm and very collaborator. The company choose personal with
capacities of reaction, so He always have to be ready to make anything for help
at the company. This was the reason of the interviewer for make simulation of
some dangerous situations so they can view the reaction of the person. The
candidate that was selected had a big celebration because the company presented
a video with her interview and received the notice of his contract and of
course congratulation of all the people in a soccer game. Now He works in the
company and enjoys what He does.

I LOVE IT! THE INTERVIEW AS IT WAS VERY CREATIVE AND TO SEE THE GESTURES OR THE REACTION OF EACH ONE OF THE PARTICIPANTS WAS GREAT. I LEARNED EACH OF THEM.
